HISTORY AND ESTABLISHMENT
AlAM ALGAWDA COMPANY was started as a family business in the year 2014 withhighly
experienced management team.
In 2014 we started our business as a distributer for ROAMTECHNOLOGY (BELGIUM) for
disinfectants and sterilization products in Libya depending on our experience in medical sector
(more than 8 years) to penetrate the private clinics and we manage to make deals in 28 private
clinics in Tripoli.
In 2015 we found the great opportunity to inter to the govern mental health sector by signed a co
tract with the AIRPORT POLY CILNIC for infection control managemen to be fully responsible by
infection control unit ( products &follow up) .
this year considered as the true lunch of ALAMALGAWDA.
Also we have a successful trial in ABO SALEEM TRUMA HOSPITAL in ICU (intensive care unit) and we
have a thankful certificate from the hospital.
AlAM ALGAWDA recognizes that the suppliers we do business with make an essential
contribution to the success of our company.
AlAM ALGAWDA. goal is to collaborate with its key suppliers on an arms’-length basis as
commercial partners to ensure the highest level of quality, service, and alliance with our values.

Customers Education and Assistance Programs
AlAM ALGAWDA seeks to ensure end customers’ and professionals’ appropriate use of our products
for the labeled uses and we strongly condemn the misuse and abuse of our selling products.
Customer education materials are designed to inform the customer of the risks and benefits of use
our products, in easy to understand language and format. Should there be a question or a problem
with usage any product
Customer service requests or complaints are systematically referred to our Customer
Service Department or market Information departments as appropriate with the intent to resolve any
issue with appropriate internal contacts or actions.
